Satellite tenancy agreements

Satellite tenancy agreements are aimed at new businesses that want to have a commercial, professional address, but are not yet in a position to commit to the cost of renting an office.

St Peter's Gate can offer guidance and advice to satellite tenants to encourage business growth and development.

Companies should expect to be ready for full office space within 12 months.

Levels of support

There are three levels of support available for satellite tenants. The packages and obligations that a satellite tenant must meet are detailed below.

  • Postal address at St Peter's Gate for a maximum of 12 months.

  • Postal address at St Peter's Gate for a maximum of 12 months
  • Use of free meeting rooms for up to 2 hours per week, booked in advance with Reception and subject to availability

£50
  • Postal address at St Peter's Gate for a maximum of 12 months.
  • Telephone number, forwarded to voicemail or answered by Reception staff.
  • First ten calls a day answered for free, £1.00 per call thereafter.
  • Telephone messages forwarded via email.
  • Use of free meeting rooms for up to 2 hours per week, previously booked with Reception, subject to availability and St Peter's Gate Terms and Conditions.

Satellite tennant's obligations

  • The business must apply and be accepted by selection panel.
  • Payment must be by direct debit, payable monthly in advance.
  • St Peter's Gate address cannot be used as a registered office of a business.
  • Post can be collected or forwarded on (costs of postage incurred, if post is forwarded).
  • Compliance with St Peter's Gates Terms and Conditions.
